This Privacy Policy explains how Atmos ESG collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our mobile application and related services.

Screenshot images are not stored. OCR runs on your device. We store only a verification fingerprint to prevent reuse.

Provide and improve the App
Sync data via Firebase
Measure usage via Google Analytics
Verify daily Atmos Points eligibility
Process subscriptions via Apple

We do not sell your personal data.

4.–6. Legal Bases, Processors & Transfers

We rely on contract, legitimate interests, and consent where required. Processors include Google Firebase, Google Analytics, and Apple. Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention

Account & portfolio data: while your account is active
Verification fingerprints: maximum 7 days, then deleted
Analytics: per Google Analytics retention settings
After deletion: personal data removed within 90 days unless law requires longer

We do not retain screenshot images.

8.–12. Your Rights, Security, Children & Contact

You may have rights to access, rectify, or erase data. Contact Cameron@maclaine.org. You may complain to the ICO (UK) or your local authority.
