By creating an account or using the Atmos ESG mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Atmos ESG is an ESG analytics and education platform. It helps users track portfolios or watchlists, view estimated environmental, social, and governance ("ESG") metrics, compare holdings, and access sustainability insights.
Atmos ESG does not provide investment advice, execute trades, guarantee ESG data accuracy, or certify regulatory compliance. You are solely responsible for your investment and sustainability decisions.
See the full in-app Terms for eligibility, account security, and ESG methodology limitations. ESG scores are analytical estimates — not official MSCI or Sustainalytics ratings unless stated.
You retain ownership of content you enter. Portfolio screenshots are processed on your device. We do not store screenshot images. We may store a verification fingerprint (broker, tickers, weights, daily % changes) for up to 7 days to prevent reuse.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use Google Firebase (auth/sync) and Google Analytics (product analytics). We do not sell your personal data. Screenshot fingerprints are deleted within 7 days. Account data is removed within 90 days of deletion unless law requires longer retention.
See the Atmos Points Programme Policy. Daily qualification points require a fresh portfolio screenshot each day. Points accrue On Hold and are not added to your redeemable balance until verification succeeds.
Subscriptions are billed via Apple. You may not reuse screenshots or fingerprints to claim daily points. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS". Liability is capped at the greater of 12 months' fees or £100. Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
